Hi,
I am new to this site and I found it very informative. This would be my first post. I would just like to know if anybody on this board wrote the Kuwait MOH exam last March 18 in PICC? I believe there were 3 agencies who facilitated the exam and interview. In my case I passed the exam and was interviewed by the Kuwait MOH delegates last March 24 at Diamond Hotel- Manila. The agency called me up informing me that I passed the interview and wait for further instructions for the next step. I would just like to hear how many of us are awaiting for possible deployment to Kuwait and any update as to your case will be greatly appreciated. Many Thanks.
As what piorf posted, he said "usually those with ER experience", he did'nt say "always". Also he mentioned that it is "police affairs" not "police stations".
When applying to Ministry of Health for government hospitals, you will never know which government hospital you will be working until you are there in Kuwait and all done with the processing of papers. I guess that's also the price of having a whooping 650KD basic salary.
Taking into what piorf posted, there is a big chance that those with ER experience might end up working with police affairs and prison. Now if you don't want to take a risk, then as early as now, don't apply to MOH for government hospitals, perhaps you can apply for private hospitals.
I am an ER Nurse but wherever I'll be assigned, it will be alright.
Maybe, but nobody knows...It's more better if you will hope for the best but be ready with the worst....
@Piorf or to any MOH nurses already in Kuwait: How was the arrangement for food there? I've heard that Male nurses do have free food just for 21 days. I'm curious, after the first 21 days is food not free anymore until the entire 2 years contract or food is free again once Male nurses are working in hospitals already?
Thanks
Done packing my things. Thanks guys for updating us what to bring, it is a big help indeed.
I will be going to Manila on 11-11-11 for final briefing and travel documentations, seems like a lucky number before boarding on a much longer trip 2 days after on the 13th, again a lucky number. Good vibes be with us...But all glory and honor to HIM above!
@Bimz: I'm pretty sure that kind of question has been answered a number of times in this thread, just do a back read.
I'll be leaving for Kuwait tomorrow. I might cannot have immediate internet access by the time I will be there but if I would update this board from time to time.
God Bless....
