Hi everyone! I graduated Nursing last 2009 and was not able to take the board exam due to financial reasons. I am planning to take the exam this December and I would like to know if anyone of you here could tell me which review centers should I consider to enroll to. I am not familiar with Review Centers in Manila and I really need help.

I want a review center that focuses on student's progress in studies; and the one that is not over populated :uhoh3:. And I have been reading blogs, comments, etc. about review centers and I just can't choose one. :uhoh3: I am starting to review my notes now and I need a review center that could enhance my knowledge because to tell you honestly, I am not good in Anatomy, and was just an average during my Nursing school days. I am having a hard time focusing on my studies  and I am not that good at memorizing normal values  .

So please guys, I need your help. Please give me feed backs of the review centers in Manila, how they handle their students, and how they motivate them. :D

Thank you so much. Your replies will be of great help.:yeah:

You can found the office of toprank review academy is in front of PRC

Tatualla Review Group (TRG) is one great review center for the NLE. Compared to the other review centers, the fee is lower.

I'm doing a self study review too and having a good review materials (in cheap price) is very important to me. If you are like me I found good nclex and other medical reviewers at www.tims.ph . I'm not advertising the website, I'm just sharing my good experience. :)

I graduated in 2008 and took the NLE that same year. Our school imposed a compulsory in house review program which we unwillingly enrolled in.

The materials, speakers and the program itself I think were okay but from time to time, I would feel deep inside that I still lack full understanding of some topics, subjects and concepts.

This compelled me to read books ( I mean different books on MS, OB, Pediatric and Psych Nursing) until I felt confident enough about the subject.

I never forced my self to memorize things. I just made sure to truly understand and be familiar with the concepts.

When I had no time to read the highly elaborate thickly compiled books, I resorted to reading the summarized ones (e.g., Udan, Sia etc.) and I think it helped me a lot in keeping my wits during the exam.
