Just want to get an idea of where everyone is located,
and where they went for their nursing education!
I'll start:
1. Vancouver, BC
2. BCIT (starting soon ... jan06)
hiany problems with getting canada to recognise your education from other countries?
no. none whatsoever. i'm sure that if i ever ventured into the phd world (not too likely at this point in time) i'd probably have to upgrade some courses. employers have not had any issues, nor have the other schools.

i graduated from humber in 1995. you?
i graduated from humber college in toronto in 1995. then i got my bachelor's degree from brock u. not in nursing but recreation and leisure studies. but yeah, humber college, i enjoyed my time there. i lived in the residence next door. thursday night "pub night" at jj mugs down the street.
good times, yep! good times.
ok, i lived in residence for 1st and 2nd year, then moved into an apt in malton for 3rd year. spent some quality time at the pub on thurs, then it was pat & marios or studebakers on fri & sat. wouldn't doubt it if we knew eachother.

I am from NFLD, did my RN in Barrie Ont and worked in Texas and I am now working in Minnesota. Looking to get back to Canada though.
