New RN Grad job search help

I just graduated this May with my BSN and just recieved my Illinois nursing license but have been having trouble finding a job and since I am able to easily move I thought I could apply to other states like Iowa and Wisconsin that aren't so far away from my hometown and get my endorsement for either state.

Can anyone provide a list of hospitals in ILLINOIS , IOWA, or WISCONSIN that they know are currently hiring new grads?

Also, does anyone have any advice if I should just already start to apply for endorsement to one or both of the other states or should I just wait until when/ if I get a job in another state? I just don't want to finally get a job somewhere and not have enough time to apply for a license.
