I took 12 hours each semester during my master's education. Classes met once a week & my U scheduled all three classes (on campus) on the same day. I worked full time (ICU) throughout the process. Very doable.

I think online classes are more difficult. Full time at my university for grad school is 9 credits. The few students that wanted to take more than 9, had to sign a form stating they do not work a full time job.

I took most of my MS online. It does require alot of personal scheduling and work. I worked full time as a nurse educator while getting my masters degree. It was hard, my friends had to take a back-seat... again! I am done now and have actualy started looking at my crochet!! Am not sure what to do with not typing papers and getting presentation ready!!

Am looking toward getting my CNE next. Can't sit still!!

Good luck and do what you need to do for you. Some need the "face time" and some can work on their own. Time management is the main issue.
