Does anyone know of any legitimate work from home Nursing Jobs? I am wanting to stay at home with my baby once he/she is here, but i still need to work.

Based on your other post, you only have a few months of experience. Those jobs that involve working from home are going to typically require a lot more experience than what you've gotten.
I have 8 months hospital experience, so i figured as much. What about at home insurance or something along those lines? Im getting excellent cardiac experience with my current job, I just still have less than a year under my belt.

Also keep in mind that even when working from home, you will still be working. The only work from home nursing positions that I know of are case management and insurance review, and there may be monitoring in the work environment to ensure that employees are indeed working. This would be difficult with a baby in the house, unless you had someone there to watch your baby while you work.
