Is there a refresher course in the states that will allow me to refresh my skills?

I am a Canadian LPN, but American citizen, have moved back to the states and let my license lap. Long story :( Now wanting to get back in to doing LPN work, is there a refresher course in the states that will allow me to refresh my skills?

I'm a Canuck (dual citizen), but did all my nursing trg in the USA. I did a nurse refresher course via a community college here in MD. I'm a RN, but we did have 1 LPN on our course. Did the theory portion online (many do still offer classroom) and we did 4 weekends (Sat/Sun) at a hospital for the hands on portion
