How to get accepted in Emory Midtown Hospital?

Hello! I am inquiring about how to get accepted into the New RN Grad Residency program at Emory University Midtown in Atlanta GA. It is my "dream hospital" that is my first choice of employment after graduation. I still have another year and a half left of nursing school, but I was wondering if there is anything I could do to stand out to the selection committee. I have heard that it is very hard/competitive to get accepted into their residency, but hopefully, starting early, planning early, doing things to boost my resume', or any advice would be greatly appreciated! Also, if there is anyone who is currently in their residency program and has any comments as to how it is so far or what their resume's entailed would be appreciated as well! (:
