Nurses Career Support

Hi everyone, I just graduated high school a little over a year ago and I am getting ready to start at a community college to get all of my general education and prerequisites done. After that I want to apply for a state college to the BSN program. Does anyone know how long after the apprx. 2 years of getting my general ed. and prerequisites done does it take to get my BSN. any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

welcome to allnurses, cshelly12 :balloons: since program requirements can vary greatly, you need to talk to the allied health counselor at your community college and also with the guidance counselor at the bsn program. this will help your decide on which courses you need to take and will help you avoid taking unnecessary courses. best wishes to you on your future career as a nurse :)
