    How long is too early to follow up on a Online application submission, I am applying for a new grad position and I don't want to wait too long nor do I want to seem like a Haunt!!! How long should I wait to call HR to follow up, maybe put a voice to an application for the least?!?! I want to be Aggressive and a Priority! Thanx in Advance.

    Give at least 2 weeks till you call HR.

    Don't be surprised if you never hear back from them as these days facilities are deluged with applications...may only get email response few weeks-months down the road due to these automated online application systems. Few facilities call all their applicants. Hoping they are hiring in your area.
