cover letter...need help!!

this is my cover letter that im planning to give out with my resume.i would like to hear some feedback from you guys if theres anything wrong or i should delete or add some.i badly needed to land a job this time.can this be a ticket to that??i hope so..comment pls suggest or advice.thank you so much.
