Any HR types bored and wouldn't mind critiquing my Resume??

The title says it all :)

Now that I have been in nursing for a couple years I am again trying to get a hospital job.

I am trimming down my nursing resume. I have it down to 2 pages. It is wordy, I'll admit...but I feel it is pretty neat and accurate. I included some things from my undergraduate years so they can see a bit of what my educational experiences were like...and I tried to portray an honest picture of my strengths.

Any impressions good or bad would be very helpful...as well as any thing that jumps out at you that screams 'amature or don't hire her!!!!'

I'll send it via e-mail to anyone feeling bored/charitable! Will gladly critique others..though I am not an expert at the nursing resume but decent with grammar and formatting.

Thanks!!
