Don't you just hate it when a patient yells at you?

It's understandable when a patient yells at you when in pain. But, it's NEVER ok when they yell at you because they want something. Or, because they think they are right. Has a patient ever yelled at you? Please share your experience...

I've been screamed at by a few angry family members in the past.

I notice that the least-involved family members scream the loudest and act like plumb fools. They live locally, yet they've visited mother only once during her two-week stay.

I wish I could like this a thousand times!

I constantly get yelled at by patients every day. Work in what people think is a free/walk-in clinic although it's not. Usually about costs and pain meds. Or not getting what they want.
