It was hard on me but it has gone quickly. I will feel odd not having to check in to first lab every morning.

Mine just ended today!! Hope I still have a job tomorrow :smokin:

Congrats :) why would u not have a job?

I got off orientation too. Our NM is new so I haven't heard anything yet? Should I follow up with her or just keep my mouth shut? I would like to know how I'm doing though... thoughts ?

Our probation just ended and we should be having a review soon but haven't heard anything regarding my performance as of yet, which is why I say I'm hopeful about continuing my employment. I hope and think I'm doing well but those are my thoughts. :yeah:

The NM should follow up with you as well as your mentor/preceptor RN that has been helping you. I know every hospital is so different, at my hospital after orientation they evaluate how you are doing and if you need more time, they will do that, however it won't continue forever. *good luck*

Oops sorry for the misunderstanding.
