    Hello Suzanne.

I applied a visascreen initial certificate online and was assigned an order# appearing on Request for Academic Records forms from CGFNS. I then had my schools fill it up. Now that I am about to complete all the needed requirements and to pay online in full, CGFNS will assign me a CGFNS ID#. Can I just fill up the ID# by handwritten on the Rquest for Academic Records froms?

Thanks in advance and God bless you.:wink2:

good day! i would just like to ask if it is a requirement for applying a visa screening certificate to be currently working? i passed my nclex recently and im just waiting for my ielts result. im still inexperienced working in a hospital. do i need to have a working experience or to be currently employed in order to apply for a visa screening? the cgfns visa screening form is asking the duration of working experience, can i leave that blank?

a reply would be deeply appreciated.. thanks in advance!

It is not needed to have work experience, it is only interested in the NCLEX passing as well as English exam passing.

I would not focus on getting the VSC right now as it is only valid for five years and then needs to be renewed. We are expecting a wait of five years plus to get thru immigration if you are given the chance and then you would be having to get that renewed.

Best would be to wait for that.

You can put zero or N/A since you do not have any experience; there is nothing else that you can put there.

You already have a CGFNS ID#, that is the order number so that everything gets to your one file. That number is to be used for everything that gets sent to them.

The form should have been given to your school to complete and they need to be the ones to send it in, or they can give it to you in a sealed envelope that has the school seal across it. There should be no way for you to have any access to it at this time if it has been completed by the school already.

I would get payment into them as soon as possible as their is no liability on their part to do anything with what they have received or will receive if payment is not received by them. No contract exists if no money is in their possession from you.
