saudi verification certificate for new zealand nursing council

I just want to ask, how to get a registration certificate from Saudi Arabia? I've worked in saudi 2009 -2012, now m processing my nursing assessment in New zealand. they require a registration certificate from Saudi Arabia. I've submitted in NZ nursing council a Certificate of Good Standing from SCFHS but it's not enough, they've requested registration certificate from Saudi Arabia.

I've also called Saudi commission for health specialties ( +966114179900 ). after waiting on hold for long time, the one who answered my call informed me that they are only giving certificate of good standing.

can any one tell me how get registration certificate? please
