Foreign graduates aspiring to be us-rns

hello everybody! im a registered nurse back in the Philippines. 3.6 years in the field but had resigned 3 years+ ago as well. im an immigrant now here in the us. currently self reviewing for TOEFL ibt as it is required by Nevada BON. any tips or suggestions to the future endeavors i might or will encounter?

will it be difficult for me to look for a rn job after i pass the toefl ibt & nclex since ive been out of the nursing field for 3 years and so already? im not fully trained with iv insertion too (please dont judge. i wanted to really learn but there were just really few opportunities :-(
