World Registration

Hi! I am currently processing my application for College of Registered Nurses in British Columbia in Canada. During the process, I was asked to enter my IELTS score unfortunately I was not able to meet the minimum score of 7.5 for listening. I only got 7.0. I met the scores for the other 3 categories. Do you think they will reconsider this? Or I need to retake the whole exam again (which Im hoping will not happen again.) Thank you! Hi! I am currently processing my online application for College of Registered Nurses in British Columbia. One of their requirements is to pass an english proficiency exam. I took my IELTS exam last March and had passing scores. Although as during the process, I found out that I did not meet the minimum requirement for listening which is 7.5. I only got 7.0. Do you think they will reconsider this? Or do I need to retake the exam? I hope not. :( HELP PLEASE! Thank you!

Moved to the Nurse Registration forum Must be met, being near score will not be enough. Better to just get it done rather than wait
But what if I got an overall band score of 7.5 and their requirement is 7.0 overall. Will they now reconsider?

I have the same question. I'm actually living here in BC, I'm a Registered Nurse back in the Philippines. I recently got my IELTS result, and unfortunately, I was .5 short on my Writing test score. My overall band score was 7.5. What happened to your application sir? Did they reconsider?

Hi! Sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately, they did not consider it. I had to take the exam again.
