Cgfns problem

Hello i also have a problem in my cgfns application my transcript says RECEIVED BUT NOT ACCEPTED .. it says in the corresepondence tha they needed additional information regarding my training in my school they already sent me a copy of the letter they sent to my school but my school didnt received it yet called cgfns and they said its okay that i provide a copy in case my school didnt receive any now im having a problem because it says in the letter " PLEASE FIND ENCLOSED COPY OF TRANSCRIPT RECEIVED FROM YOUR OFFICE" what does this mean has anybody had the same problem with mine ? Does this means i have to get another copy of my transcript to be mailed together with my lacking requirements ? Or they just need to fully fill up the form and sent it back to cgfns

I don't think you have to get another copy of the transcript. If you have an unofficial copy of it yourself, make a new copy and send it to the school with the other materials.

I see so do you think they need to mail it again together with the other required documents again ? Just the photocopy of my transcript and the other papers cgfns send to my school ..

There may be some information missing from your transcripts and they are sending you a copy along with the letter so you can discuss this with your school and they then send a new transcript with the required information

A transcript usually can't be changed, is it what it is; if there's more information needed, it will be added to the form. They sent a copy of the transcript back (or claim they did) in case they need to see it before filling out the form, rather than generating a new one. At some schools it's a big deal to get a copy of the transcript and at others it isn't. In any case, CGFNS isn't asking for a new transcript, just the form.
