CGFNS 2017 CES/CP?

Hi Everyone!

I am currently processing CES report with CGFNS.

Anyone knows the timeline how long will it take?

How can you delete a test information? e.g. IELTS

How can you add additional service like if you want your IELTS result to be checked as well.

Finally I was able to call CGFNS after months and months of trying and I was told that after they receive the documents, they have to check the authenticity(EVEN after the Institution sent them?) so they will update your online account after 20-BUSINESS DAYS.My school sent them the docs but I was surprised that my online account was not updated and it still say, WAITING TO BE RECEIVED.

Have anyone experience the same?

May I know your own timeline?

I will be posting more later on...Hope you guys can share your experience with CGFNS as well..

It is difficult to contact them.I tried calling and sending them mail but no response in the email.I am wondering if they also have a timeline in answering inquiries through email.

Average processing times with CGFNS is 4 months but a lot depends on how timely they receive your paperwork and documents. I remember several years ago even after my visa screen report was issued it said some of my documents was still waiting for review so I wouldn't worry too much about it

I just don't like my IELTS to expire..

I didn't know this will take this long...
