Since you posted this on the NP board, I am assuming that you mean nurse practice acts as they relate to NPs? If that's the question it can be found here:

For CNM I don't think there is an organized listing of state laws. You can look here, but I didn't see anything:

And for CNS - you will find in many states the CNS is lumped under the NP if the CNS is considered an APN. That is how it is in IL at least.
