I know Doctors Without Borders specifically state on their website that they would hire NP's. They have a worldwide presence of course in terms of humanitarian and medical relief efforts during disaster and epidemics but they actively visit SE Asia (Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Indonesia, and the Philippines).
