central florida pediatric and gyn preceptors

I am a FNP student with Frontier Nursing University. So....I had preceptors lined up and for reasons beyond my control no longer have those preceptors. I am looking for both Peds and OBGYN preceptors in Central florida. I live in Clermont which is about 25 minutes west of Orlando. I have called 30+ places which cannot get me in or they don't take students etc. The problem is I have all of my hours for primary care but need the others. If anyone knows anyone who knows anyone I would love their contact info. I have had issues getting past the front desk. I have done everything except wait at the back door of the office for the NPs to walk out. This has to be the most frustrating part of any NP program.

OP, have you checked the database for sites/preceptors that have already helped FNU students in the past? This may be a good place for you to start, as they would already be credentialed. You might also contact your RCF and see if they know of recent graduates who can help you find potential preceptors.
