Who works at Baptist? (WFUBMC)--need some insight!

I've been working in HH for 16 months and looking to transition into an acute care setting. I applied to Baptist on a whim, and now the recruiter wants me to come in for an interview!! My only concern is that I live about 57 miles away from the hosptial. I knew this when I applied, but was honestly expecting them to be the last hospital to call me! It will be a 50-60 min commute one way, so for those of you who work there, is the experience worth the drive? I will more than likely start on nights on a med-surg unit. I prefer to do 3-12's.

Today I interviewed at a local hospital (Presbyterian Main)and it appears that I may be offered a part time position on a post-op unit. This isn't a definite because I still have to interview with the nurse manager--she was tied up today and couldn't meet with me. At this point I'm just ready to transition, but just need a little insight. If Baptist makes the first offer, should I take it or hold out for the hosptials here to recruit me? Thanks.
