Hi all!

I just took my boards and they are going to NCBON, just curious as I am not there anymore about what is the quickest way to get your results.. I don't have any classmates to ask anymore!

Thanks..

Only two ways to check: website and calling. The Licensure Verification on the NCBON website is updated every Tuesday & Friday:

https://www.ncbon.com/Lic-verif.asp Calling may produce quicker results: 919-881-2272.

Best wishes to you. Hope you hear some good news soon :)

What Vicky said!

I took my test on Friday, got the letter on Wed. My name was not in the system for another week and a half. To get into the system you're called to check, they have to do a criminal background check on you, then you get your license number. I don't know why mine took so long, as I don't have a criminal record, so don't freak out.

I was terrified to open that letter addressed from the BON though!!! (It said I passed, and then I screamed, and fiance looked at me and said "see, told you you passed!"

Thanks for bringing this up, Aneroo. The back-ground check is very extensive and if your name hasn't cleared, you will not be listed on the webpage or in the phone directory. The only notice you receive (whether you have passed or not) will be in the snail mail. Several of our graduates have had this experience... with no criminal offenses in their background at all... just takes a long time sometimes to clear.
