GTCC ADN Spring 2015

I know it's early but I just couldn't wait any longer for a thread to be started. I took my TEAS test today and passed!!! I've met with the advisor to do my ranking...so I guess it's 3 months of anticipation and hoping I get it. With the new changes in the criteria for the program I can only imagine more people will apply making it more competitive for a seat in the program. Anybody else planning to apply for Spring?

So I spoke with Tiffany today. She said she has about 50 apps so far but once the testing center opens back up next week that more people will be able to take the Teas. With the goal only being 62 more people may pass it. She did say however that 48-50 were very good points...that's not to say under 48 won't make it but that 48 and up were very competitive numbers. We should hear something 2 weeks after deadline but the Spring class last year had letters in the mail within a week of deadline.

Me too. Tomorrow is the deadline. Last year an associate of mine got her letter the Sat following the deadline. I hope it's the same way this year.

I thought that the deadline was the 11th? Either way, I have 46 points and made an 84 on my TEAS test. I am so anxious and I am so nervous! I got in last fall but I had some health issues that held me back from accepting. Good luck all!

The website shows the deadline for Spring 2015 is Sept 9, 2014.

I went back and looked and I saw that now. I feel like it has changed or something. Maybe not as I have been waiting anxiously for months so I think I am loosing my mind Not too much longer until we find out!

I heard you get a very large envelope in the mail if you get in! Even though the deadline was today I have be obsessively checking the mailbox! I am so anxious to find out!!

I had 47 points, which I heard was pretty good, but you never can tell and it just depends on the semester! But I have heard that everyone that gets on the alternate list usually end up getting into at least one of the schools they applied to, so that gives me a little extra hope!

That is a good number. I heard the Spring program was easier to get into. I hope that is the case...I hope we all make it in. I'll post if I got anything in the mail.

I have 46 points. I got in last year during the fall with an alternative number 8, so hopefully even if I get an alternative I still have hope. HopeThruFaith, how many points did you have?
