GTCC ADN Spring 2015

I know it's early but I just couldn't wait any longer for a thread to be started. I took my TEAS test today and passed!!! I've met with the advisor to do my ranking...so I guess it's 3 months of anticipation and hoping I get it. With the new changes in the criteria for the program I can only imagine more people will apply making it more competitive for a seat in the program. Anybody else planning to apply for Spring?

Hey guys, I have also applied for spring ADN program at GTCC. I am waiting by the mail box everyday! I actually talked to Tiffany on September 9th and she told me it would be less than 2 weeks from deadline!!!! We will see.

I have actually applied at FTCC which their deadline is not until the 25th of this month, and their letters are not sent out until 4 weeks after the deadline. FTCC is literally 4 min for my house and I would love to go there. Does anyone know how it works as far as how long GTCC gives you to accept a seat? I would decline if I get accepted at FTCC, I just don't know if they will alllow me enough time to see if I am accepted at FTCC. I have 52 points at GTCC and 164 at FTCC........ Ahhh this is so nerve wrecking!!!!

I'm not sure how long they give you to accept your seat; I think it's pretty close to the start of the semester because I have heard of alternates getting notified that they were in a week before classes started.

Hopefully we will get a letter tomorrow when I was there on the 9th she said there was a lot less applicants than she expected, that's why she said expect a letter in less than 2 weeks!!

See that's what I don't understand. Last year's Spring program got their letters that Saturday after the Tuesday deadline. Here we are a whole week later...LOL

Has anyone checked their mail today yet?!? My mail goes to my mothers house so I won't know until she gets off of work. I hope its today or tomorrow. The person who commented and said Tiffany said there were less applicants than she expected... THAT IS GREAT! I am so excited to see an answer either way!!
