I'm not a NICU nurse out wanted to offer a few suggestions. One this is a public message board read by individuals around the world, it is not wise to include so much personal information in a public forum (as you originally did in this and your other posts). As this is a public forum you are not likely to get someone willing to post their first & last name AND current place of employment on a message board. Plus how do you know the poster is truly a NICU nurse, if they even are a nurse at all?

There are quite a few hospitals in your area with state-of-the-art NICUs Newark Beth, Hackensack, St. Joes, UMDNJ Newark, among others. Have you tried calling the nursing office at the hospital to see if they could assist you in finding a NICU nurse to interview rather than posting to an anonymous online forum?

Good luck in your research.

I agree. I think you would have much better luck w/that approach. And it would be safer!

You can do some research online just by looking up the Nursing Program @ a college near you, and checking out the curriculum.

Best wishes.

Best to you in your career!
