Hi everyone!! I applied to Southern Westchester Boces and I am scheduled to take my entrance exam next Thursday. I am looking for anyone who has attended or has recently been accepted to the school. Or even anyone who knows anything about the test and scores needed in order to get accepted. I'm getting very nervous about the exam and any advice would be appreciated. I am curious to know how students are accepted - what scores are they looking for? Thank you!
I'm not sure how many people left questions blank but I'm assuming when it came to the reading and math portion a good amount did. Mostly because once we were told 2 minutes left I heard people gasping and circling in as many answers as they could. I know for the reading I had to guess on the last 3 because I didn't have enough time to finish the passage. For the math I guessed at least 5 or 6 since for me one hour was not enough time to do 50 questions. I wanted to make sure that I left none of my answers blank I rather have a 25% chance of getting it right than just getting it wrong from leaving it blank. Although I did hear a few people complaining afterwards in the hallway that the test was not what they expected to be. I guess I'll see if I make it in how many of the 27 people in my room made it in in the fall.

I took my exam June 6th so I have a long wait ahead of me. I just hope I scored well enough to receive a call. I left feeling positive but as the days go by I keep questioning myself. I need to stay positive and just wait it out even if it is torture. Can you let me know once you receive your scores just so I have an idea of how much longer I would be waiting.
