Monroe Community Hospital (Rochester)

Hello!

I am a new grad with an ADN (planning to advance that degree asap) living in New York City. I've always planned on moving out of the city so I'm looking at my options now.

High on my list is Monroe Community Hospital, back in my hometown of Rochester. I volunteered there in high school and really enjoyed the experience. Since I'm interested in geriatrics and hospice, this seemed like a really good place for a newbie to start, since it has a lot of LTC elements.

I sent in what I thought was a strong resume, but have not heard back yet.

Does anyone out there work at MCH?? Can you PM and help me figure out what I can do to improve my candidacy? I would be forever grateful!
