I also applied last week and am taking the NLN at the end of the month. Has anyone already taken it? Any study tips? I'm particularly stumped about how to prep for the vocabulary and reading sections since it seems like not enough time to do a lot of vocab prep.
Hi eca2493! I am also taking the NLN at the end of the month, so I'm afraid I can't help with study tips as I'm struggling to fit it all in myself. I can't wait until it's over!!
Are you taking genetics and nutrition now or did you have them already? I wasn't sure I'd be able to get all of the pre-req's done before the deadline with the two new additions last fall - I was so devastated when they were added. Hope it wasn't as stressful for you!
I took them during the winter session and am finishing up my last 2 prereqs now. I was not happy about nutrition and genetics being added at all and was very stressed about it. And am now stressed about the NLN and waiting until
mid-May to find out if we're in!!
The admissions process definitely prepares you for how stressful the program will be!
I know it's way too early to be hoping for a decision but I'm still disappointed that another week has gone by. Can calm down about checking my email for the next 2 days at least. Anyone else out there anxiously waiting for hunter accelerated decision???
