I hear a lot about new graduates having a hard time getting employed by hospitals. What about Doctor's offices ?Are they hiring more Nurses than hospitals ?

I would like to know the same thing? Because I am a new grad, passed the boards in March and I am having a real tough time finding a job.

i would say no from what I've heard. most dr. offices prefers to hire experienced nurses, they expect you to have the trained skills already before they hire you.

Wow.Just a couple of years ago,the job market for Nurses was great.Im so confused.I don't want to spend another two years in school for nothing.I already have an Associates degree in Liberal Arts and plenty of health and science related courses.I wanted to transfer to a BS. program but im wondering if it'll be worth it if I might not get a job after graduation.I am willing to relocate though.

There are jobs, they are going to be hard to come by but who knows. The job market might take a swing upward in two years (at least that's what I'm hoping). You justt gotta keep your head up and hope and make connections.
