Rn job in NJ bergen county

Hi everyone,I am new to this site. I am trying to get info on Bergen regional medical center in paramus, NJ. What is like working in the hospital? what is the pt. nurse ratio,pay rate for new rn grad? do they have nursery and Post partum/antepartum unit. Is this place safe to live. I graduate in december and looking to move to NJ soon.

Is is better to get hired through an agency or diretly through the hospital. is there a pay difference?

Nope. Their specialty is in ambulatory care, behavioral health, and long term care.

Is this place safe to live. I graduate in december and looking to move to NJ soon.

Crime is everywhere, but this area of new jersey is a safer place to live.

Not a huge nursing shortage in New Jersey right now, but you should first consider applying to the hospital directly.
