Hello everyone

Does anyone know of any accelerated BSN programs in NH for people who hold a previous bachelor degree. I know there are accelerated MSN programs at Rivier and UNH but I am not reaaly interested in going that route. Any info would be appreciated.

i live in weare - as far as i can tell there are no accelerated bsn programs in nh, which means a long commute to boston or worcester. mass college of pharmacy has one at their boston campus and i wonder if we'll see a program start at their manchester branch in the next few years to meet the rising demand. right now i am looking at the 2-year program at simmons in boston.

check out this website and follow the link to the pdf for accelerated bsn and msn nursing programs:

No, UNH only has a direct-entry MSN program. The only accelerated BSN programs I know of are in ME and MA.

I am not quite sure what you are looking for then. Where you already have a bachelors in another field, you may want to look into UNH's program. The first year is intense and geared toward taking your boards so you get your RN within a year and then go on to do one class day a week to complete your MSN. That way you are working in the field in a year and getting an advanced degree.

The are a lot of the programs in New York, if you search for it in yahoo, there will be a link that will tell you all of them. A couple of the ones in New York are binghamton, University of Rochester, Buffalo has one just be careful of prerequisites. I have a breakdown of all these on excel for certain schools if you need them just send an email to [email protected], University of southern maine and northeastern also have them

The Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science in Manchester, NH is starting an acclerated BSN for January 2007. The information is posted on their website.
