Anyone here applying for fall? :)

Hey I just realized that it's finally the month that all of you will find out the most exciting news of your life! (at least it was for me!) Hopefully the news will be good for everyone and sooner rather than later!!!

Thanks for being so supportive, Christina! You are really so sweet and helpful!! I was just thinking yesterday that this is the month!!! So exciting!!

Thank you Christina for your support as well. Hoping to hear good news this month :)

Peeking my head back in to say hello! I want to wish for your dreams to come true. If you want something bad enough, it will come in time. On that note, I've already purchased my pink stetheoscope! Good luck everyone. Maybe we will here the good news within 27 days!!

Or, maybe even faster than that:))) just maybe:) Thank you Christina for kind words!

You're all very welcome! I'm so happy to help! It's tough not knowing what's going on!

Woohoo! Exciting! I am so bummed to be missing NSO this semester though :( I haven't missed it since being in!

Omg..doing away with the lottery system, that almost sounds like too much to hope for, lol! I plan on attending csn in spring '14 and this has given me a small bit of relief:yes:

you! Hope we hear something soon!

Hello!

I am new to this website, but I want to thank everyone who has posted insights and helpful hints to get us through this. I look forward to attending classes with you and I wish you all the best of luck!

Does any body know what the toolbox class is? I heard you have the option to take it after you get accepted. I know they offer it in the summer, but I'm assuming it is optional. Any information?!?

It's an optional class held in (I think) July. They will teach you about writing care plans and (more importantly) dosage & calculations. You will take a math test in the 3rd week of the 1st semester and if you do not score a 90%, you will be excused from the program. I would HIGHLY recommend taking it. The math info will also help you in your future nursing classes and once you pay for it once, the professor will allow you to sit in the class every semester to refresh yourself.
