Where to address request letter to PRC?

Hello,

This is my second time posting here but somehow my first post was deleted when the site upgraded to its new version, but anyway I have another question if anyone of you went thru the same process or don't mind to answer please feel free to do so.

So my dilemma is where should I address my request letter for validation of my license, coz you see guys I'm on the process of applying for the CES thru CGFNS. Now, is it ok for me to address my letter and doing the validation to PRC Baguio? Since my family is closer to that place and it's easy for me to ask any relative to follow up on my request or should I only be doing the validation to PRC Manila? What do you think guys?
