What does this "pop-up mean"? Did I pass???!!!

Hi! I just took my Nclex-PN yesterday and tried the PVT trick. This is my second attempt. Last time I took it and did the PVT trick, it accepted my payment and allowed me to re-register therefore I know the trick worked. This time when I did the "trick" I got a pop-up that says "the candidate currently has test results that are on hold and another registration cannot be completed at this time" with a red triangle next to it! I felt like I did really well on the test but I had to go all the way to the end and answer 199 questions before I ran out of time. Does anyone know if this pop-up means I've passed???!!! Or has anyone who had to answer all 205 questions get this pop up and pass! I'm having a lot of anxiety right now as I am so afraid that I'm going to fail for a second time. I live in California so I cannot find out my results until I get my official letter in the mail. I'm guessing it's good that it didn't accept payment but this pop-up isn't the "good" pop-up everyone is referring to but is it still a good one?! Help please. Thank you

It means your results are on hold. It is neither the so-called good pop up or bad pop up.

It means just that: your results are on Hold.

Why? Could be one of a variety of reasons, including a hand scan that had to be repeated because it didn't "take" the first time, issues with the testing center (power, etc), concern over you or ANYONE ELSE in the testing center cheating, you taking a much shorter time to complete the test than average, basically ANY anomaly will be cause for a Hold. All it means is that a review will be done of your exam to ensure there were no security breaches.

Holds typically last somewhere between 24 and 48 hours, after which time the results will be released to the State BoN.

The presence or absence of a Hold has no bearing on your passing or failing the exam itself.
