Passed NCLEX-RN with 75 questions!

Nursing Students NCLEX

Hi everyone!

Just gonna share a little background about myself. Graduated on May from LPN-RN bridge program. Took a month vacation, and I received my ATT on June 22nd. I started studying after vacation (July 1st). I scheduled my exam on July 16th. I was doubting myself when I scheduled it on that day, I was so worried that 2 weeks isn't enough time to study for NCLEX. I wanted to reschedule it sooo bad! but I didn't.

On the exam day, I was a little nervous. As I was walking towards the computer, I felt my heart pounding even harder. After the first 5 questions, I noticed that I was more calm. I had approximately 15 SATA, a lot of prioritization & delegation, also safety & infection control, pediatric and few medications which I haven't heard of. No ECG, no math, no drag & drop.

I got to 75th question, and I was so scared to click next cause in my mind there's no way I would pass with all the previous questions I answered. I clicked next and there goes my screen. It turned blue. I felt so bad. I thought I totally bombed it. I was only sure that I got like 5 questions correct, but that was it.

I was so tempted to do the PVT trick, but I didn't. Waited for my quick result instead, and found out this morning that I passed!!! I am officially an RN now!! Woooh!

I used Saunder's and NCLEX RN mastery app on my phone. I didn't do any review class. My school used ATI throughout the program.

Word of advice to people who's about to take the NCLEX: TAKE A DEEP BREATH! Tell yourself that you've gone this far and you WILL pass! :) and if you're religious like me, PRAY AND PRAY AND PRAY! :saint:

Best of luck!!!

Thanks for the advice. Congrats on joining the nursing profession!
