Is it possible in a certain SATA question, that every option is correct? :uhoh3:

This may sound dumb, but I just wanna know if anyone has ever encountered it.

Thanks!:)

I would say no. I took the NCLEX last Thursday, and that wasn't the case at all. The point of those questions are for you to be able to pick out fact from fallacy, so I say, with 99% accuracy that an SATA question will NEVER have all the options as being correct.

Thank you for your reply! And good luck to your results! :)

Found out I passed yesterday, but still, I thank you.

Hi there, the Kaplan course taught us the rule of thumb for SATA questions is at least 2 and never all. Hope this helps =)

ATI told our class that at least 1 is always right but never all. I hope this isnt confusing you..
