...and my goodness, this test was weird. I felt completely defeated after the 75 questions I had, but I must admit, nothing was out of the ordinary. Despite this, I caught myself guessing on about, oooohh, every question. I had about 10 SATAs, a lot of medication questions and probably about 5 priority ones. I honestly don't remember anything from that test. It was all such a horrible blur. Anyways, I did the pearson VUE trick and have been getting the pop-up, so hopefully that, along with the fact I only had 75 questions, means I passed.

I took the Hurst Live review back in May but didn't start studying until July 20-ish. I recommend them highly for content, but I must say, the test seemed to be avoiding a lot of content questions other than medication questions. I didn't use anything else, although I read some Kaplan stuff earlier this summer.

Anyways, those are my thoughts. This truly was a weird test, and I believe that everyone will feel the same after taking it. Even with the pop-up and 75 questions, I still don't know what to believe or how to react. Has this consistently shown to be a good indicator? Good luck to everyone else taking it, you can do it! These next two days are going to be torture.

Hey! I just took my NCLEX-RN today too.. what a stressful and uncertain experience! I was in there for about 2 1/2-3 hours and was BEGGING for more questions because I felt I too was doing so poorly, but it shut off @ 75 and I just was numb and cried in my car before leaving the parking lot lol I was positive i failed - about 30 SATA and maybe 2 EKGs and a few exhibits and priority. but glad to say i am getting the good pop up after building up courage to do so, thats a good sign for both of us!

i totally agree with what you mean by saying it was a blur and just strange overall. the questions were vague and some things I had reviewed vs. others I had nooo clue especially most meds. I do believe from reading on here so often PV trick is a reliable indicator we can relax and let it sink in and not worry about studying anymore! Congrats :)

Oh shoot, I forgot that like 15 or so questions don't even count. That kind of makes me feel better

It's finally overrrr

Yes that test was THEE weirdest I'm just glad it's over I had so many overwhelming emotions afterwards and still don't know how to feel but I think we're good a lot of people say that the PVT trick is 100% accurate congratulations!!! Those 75 questions went so fast it's a blur to me too I had nothing but SATA and drag and drop questions 1 math question no audio and no EKG strips

It honestly feels as if I missed every. single. question. I'm still getting the pop-up, but I just can't truly believe it. This sucks. I was surprised by the lack of infection control/priority questions (I had probably around 10-15 in total) and some SATA's that were back-to-back. I honestly feel like this could be a false-positive result for me :/

I failed nclex today if that makes anyone feel better. Rough day.

Congrats!!! I'm taking mine in a week any advise. How were the sata?

How do you know you failed? Too early

Pearson let me type in my credit card.

I also took my test today and feel the same as so many of you did. I never took a test like this before!! I am pretty sure that half of my questions were SATA and I also had so many drug questions. I was really upset when the test ended at 75 questions because I felt I could not have possibly done well enough to pass with the questions I had but you are really all giving me hope that I did as I also am getting the popup from PearsonVue. Tiredofstudying1 I am so sorry that you did not pass. Do not give up though, you can pass the next time!!! It was a really crazy difficult test and I do not think I will believe I passed it until I see the early results on Friday.
