Ok im from colorado but im filing in florida. I dont really get how the live scan for out of state works can someone explain it to me in details? They said i need to obtain a finger print form at there website but i cant find it. Help please

Hi! You can call the Florida BON to request for the fingerprint cards, and they will send it to you through mail, it took me like 20 days to received because I am currently out of the country. :) Or you can visit this website http://stores.idealid.net/florida-clearinghouse-secure-fingerprint-card-scan-live-scan-service/Secure Fingerprint Card-Scan for Florida Clearinghouse Background Screening (Live Scan) Service this is the company that I used to convert the cards to livescan and you can order their service from this website and they will send you the cards which is the same cards from the florida BON. :)

Hi, its on FQA section --on one of the questions there is a re-application form and one of the pages is the Live scan form..have you taken the test before?
