I'm taking my NCLEX-PN first week of April

I graduated June 2011 and this will be my 3rd try.

I have in hand:

- Kaplan Strategies 2011/2012 (great book!)

- Exam Cram 3rd Edition

- Pearson cd that my school provided with

I feel more ready now than the last 2 times but really though, will I ever feel completely ready for the nclex exam? My weakness is SATA questions. Every time I think about it, my confidence gets shot down. =/

Any tips for SATA questions?? Please and thank you!!

Hi there,

Welcome. I am new member as well. I am taking my exam 2nd week of april. I have a friend who took her nclex pn yesterday according to her there were many sata, priroritization, meds and 1 drag and drop question. This is what she told me to focus on hope this helps. Know your lab values, know the signs and symptoms of hypoglycimia, hyerthrodism, hypothrodism, down syndrome, What vitamins are needed for ADHD patients, know what is expected of 6 month old child ex: seating. I hope this helps if anyone has other info maybe they can help us by posting what we can focus on. Take care hope we pass

I work full-time so when I get home from work, I do at least 100 - 150 questions. Good luck to us all!
