Failed Nclex AGAIN :-(

I used the pearsonvue comprehensive nclex-rn review and rationales book along with the delegation, prioritization, and assignment book. Try to stick with one or two books and do as many qts daily as possible. If you do qts, read the rationales whether you got it right or wrong just so you know why the ans is right or wrong. It helped me a lot. Good luck to you.

Never lose hope. I too was in your shoes. I failed the nclex twice but I did not give up and I have finally passed. Here is what I recommend: take time to re-coop, but not to long. Understand this is what you set fourth to do and a silly exam will not keep you from it. This is temporary and will pass. First and foremost forget what you did before and put a new plan in full swing. I recommend using the NCSBN nclex review it is very straightforward and the questions are mind boggling just like NCLEX. Also pick up Lippincotts Nclex review the questions are tedious but the rationales are excellent. Learn from every mistake. Also if you have iPhone or android most review classes have apps (Saunders, Kaplan and lippincotts all do). Any downtime you get breeze through some questions. Keep doing questions and go over the content you are weak in. Most of all give yourself time to enjoy life too. If you surround yourself with books and think of the test only it will consume you. I followed the 3 week NCSBN test plan and yes studied everyday but relaxed too! Stop worrying that's what I did most and that is why I was not successful. Once I stopped worrying the hardwork payed off! When you walk into Nclex this time tell yourself this is it use the soundproof ear muffs get in the Zone and beat this beast. It's just a test, your a nurse just waiting for that registration! Best of Luck, you will do it!
