Just a question silver. Members of all nurses wants a copy of audio reviewer from feuer. Should i share it with them? Coz if not then I won't waste my time uploading 630MB files anymore.

P.S. I don't know or let's say I'm not sure if it is copyrighted material because when I checked the details of the audio it has no certificate or security which can be copied everywhere. So pls let me know if I can share it here or not. Thank you and advance happy Halloween :D

Here's a good rule: If you had to pay for the service, then it's copy righted to the producer/manufacturer. This included NCLEX review books, CD's, Kaplan and Hurst questions, and your audio review.

keep in mind that even free things can be copy righted. In general, anything that contains specific information, research, or data will be copy righted. Copy righting is the author's way of saying "I put a lot of time into this. It's my work and no one can give it away without my permission."

So no, you can't share your audio review unless you compiled the information and recorded the review yourself. You may have bought the right to use the CD, but the information itself still belongs to the author. You can't share it without his/her permission. But you can post a link to the website where other members can buy the CD.

I guess you must check this. ATI flashcards? ATI is a review center I guess and their flashcards are shared publicly? Is this ok?
