application for eligibility to take NCLEX PN

hello ! I just have question, if some of you guys having the same issue regarding submission of the application to take NCLEX PN. Im in CA my school told me they send everything to the Bvnpt its been 11 weeks and i havent get any mail from the boards for my eligibility.

I called my school and spoke to my DON ,she said they mailed everything already and its out of their hands and also she told me that it really takes while 8-12 weeks, im really getting anxious because i emailed the boards and they told me that they dont have my application

its been 11 weeks now

also how does the fingerprinting done because my school did not tell me to do it on my own

please help
