6 SATA & Good Pop FINALLY

Nursing Students NCLEX

Published

Took NCLEX RN Thursday 112 questions & got the good pop! I'm still in a state of shock. I graduated in 2010 & have taken NCLEX 3x. I tried Kaplan had awesome scores still failed. Hurst failed! ATI failed. This time I used Remar Review & OMG it finally just clicked for me.

but YIKES you graduated 3 years ago, I hope you've retained the information!

Thanks so much for your concern but I'm more than positive I'll be fine :-) I had two job offers here & one in Arlington & all 3 knew my graduate date

Where are you from because here in Louisiana (where I'm located) I've never heard of that

West Coast. But it's simple logic why would a hospital hospital hire an RN with no experience who graduate 1+ years ago when they can get a new grad that has the same amount of experience which is 0. You don't use the skills you lose them

Then again, pay (New RNs make 30+ an hour) and jobs are a lot more competitive on the coasts than in the South.

Going to give exam tomorrow..so nervous.its my 2 nd time..pray for me...

@Dranger your comments are soo negative. Why comment? You congratulate her for passing! This site suppose be a site for uplifting and helping others. If you are a nurse you should know all about that.

Thanks everyone & Dranger no I don't have $1800 for a refresh. I start my job Monday. I've been working in the hospital for 5 years where my mom is the DON so I'm sure i'll be fine

RN2BEESOON and DANIELLE318 are you the same person with two account.Anyway i had to ask this because i saw RN2BEESOON replying for DANIELLE318.

I cannot believe how unhappy people are with other people success.I do not even feel like checking this website again.I also have failed multiple times and i never wanted this to happen. We come to this site to get some help and do better next time. But the post i am seeing recently is just so depressing. They just attacked the person with their negative thoughts and comments when they find they have attended NCLEX multiple times.

So that means you just joined the allnurses to reply on my post.I really appreciate that.

No Danielle318 is actually a classmate of mine so I felt the need to defend her. Don't be amazed at the rudeness it happens everyday. Everyone is so quick to judge especially about her being out of school 3 years. If it would've took her 8 years I would've been proud considering that she lost a child 2 months after graduation. She didn't come on here asking for sympathy & neither am I but gosh have some tact & a heart

I have tried to take the Remar Review although I am unable to because it has been sold out. I have even tried to purchase the Remar Quick facts but that is sold out as well. Did you purchase the DVD/s and or Quick facts what do you recommend? Congratulations on becoming an RN

Lol you want a side of rainbows and unicorns with that? I did congratulate her but I also wondered because of patient safety if she was taking a refresher course because 3 years is a long time out of school.

It's not like I was berating her for nepotism or anything.

Congratulations!!! I admire you for sticking with it. I started nursing school about 10 years ago but had to withdrawal because family members got sick and needed to be taken care of. I finally got to go back and I just graduated this summer. Going back wasn't the easiest thing for me but I wanted to be a nurse so I did. Live your dream and don't worry about what all the negative people say. You passed!!
