hey guys i have been reading on here for a while but have never written! i just finished applying for the fall semester and im soooo nervous! i got good points... 3.83 so i got full points there, got a 90 on my reading and 64 on my math so about 10 and 4 points all pre recs done at wayne county and almost all co recs done (ill be finished at the end of the semester) so i am hoping that is enough to get me through but im so scared that i forgot to check something off or fill something out at the application meeting even though i checked it 50 times!!!! anyone else out there going for the fall start? maybe if there is we can keep each other sane while we wait for our email in april!!

If there was anyone that attending the Feb 7th application meeting can you please send me a private message....

ok, I will send you a private message

darien can you help me get an idea of how many pts I have? maybe you can send me a message?

yes, I can help you with your pts. I need your grades from the pre-req's needed for entry into the program bio 240, 250, eng119, psychology 101 and micro 295, I also need your teas results for math and reading only. it would also help if you have taken all your courses at wc3. If you have your co- req's done as well DT130, bio252, ps 101, eng 120, HSC 100, psy 200 and soc 100. And last any medical experience, active or non-active. All totaling 100pts.

Well after some unforeseen issues that have now been resolved... I will be starting the nursing program in the fall!!! So excited!!!! Was there another blog created on this site for Fall 2012 students???

darien I sent you a PM

Congrats Tina!

Congrats Tina!

Thank you!!! I am very excited to meet my fellow WCCCD Fall 2012 Nursing Students ;)

Congrats Tina! I knew with those grades and test scores you would be in.

i am posting on here to save any future nursing students who are looking at nursing schools a headache. I was at wcccd in their nursing school for a semester while I applied to BSN programs. Thankfully I got into one so I dropped out of wcccd. Their nursing department is so unorganized, they are all extremely rude. they dont care about helping you out in anyway. if i can advise anyone looking at nursing schools to consider a different school i would highly recommend it. the students in the program are great and most of them a fed up with the stuff that goes on at wcccd but they just want to finish and leave this school behind. while I was doing pre recs at wcccd and applying, it was the most stressful time ever.

can you provide detailed experiences ?
