    hi esme, thanks for the reply i already passed my nclex license but i applied in vermont.. i still have to apply for reciprocity though, i graduated my MAN too... i know that's what everyone is telling me its really hard finding a job there i hopefully pray to get one soon..

    Different state have different requirements for license by endorsement. Check with the BON of that state. Good Luck
