I wear the black ones for 12's in the ed &sicu, I find them comfortable, as far as crocs go they are usually what I slip in and run out of. Rod Rn, Bsn

Danskos are an either love 'em or hate 'em deal... which you won't be able to assess until actually experienced over an extended period.

And accordingly, because of their cost, many consider them a real gamble.

I own a pair of danskos and I find that after a 12 hour shift my feet are killing me and they also start to burn. I then switched back to my regular sketchers shape-ups which my feet and back both love!

I had a pair of Danskos that I wore out in the OR. Loved them. Tried to replace them but noticed they didnt fit the same. After some checking I found out that Dansko used to be produced by Sanita but were now made in China. Big difference in fitting and comfort for me. I have 2 pairs of Sanitas now. I wear crosstrainers when I work the floor but love my clogs for when I scrub in.

many moons ago i stopped wearing the danskos nursing shoes once when i was running to a code, and one of my danskos stayed behind in the elevator as the doors close on me :uhoh21:

My school requires solid leather white shoes. I tried Danskos & did not like them. As a medic I'm used to a tight laced boot, so I'm using Bates dress white oxfords. They are the same as the Navy dress white shoes and are pretty comfortable.
