   I was a little shocked at the pay rates in TN honestly. I moved here, this being my husband's home state. He is military and I am from Florida. Good thing the cost of living is low :)

   I got hired a month before I graduated and I applied in March, when I graduated in May. I had not taken my NCLEX yet, it was conditional to me passing. Thank goodness I passed, nothing like extra pressure :)
